Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, and event access information.

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Link of Time is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from shared passwords or compromised credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Use only media and content you own or have permission to use
• Respect guest privacy and consent
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
• Refrain from abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities

You must not upload illegal, offensive, malicious, copyrighted, or harmful content.

Link of Time may provide access to third-party suppliers including venues, photographers, coordinators, stylists, and caterers.

We do not directly employ or control suppliers and are not responsible for supplier services, pricing, disputes, cancellations, delays, quality, damages, or contractual obligations between users and suppliers.

Users engage with suppliers at their own discretion and risk.

Some features require paid subscription packages or upgrades.

• Payments must be completed before premium features are activated
• Pricing may change at any time without prior notice
• Refund policies may vary depending on promotions or package type
• Failure to pay may result in feature restrictions or suspension

Payment processing may be handled by secure third-party providers.

Users participating in the referral program may earn commissions based on successful referral activity.

• Review referral eligibility
• Delay or deny suspicious payouts
• Modify commission structures at any time
• Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent referrals

All platform designs, branding, software, layouts, graphics, code, and system functionality belong to Link of Time and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded media, text, and event content.

By uploading content, you grant Link of Time a limited license to host, display, process, and distribute the content solely for platform functionality.

While we strive for uninterrupted service, Link of Time does not guarantee continuous platform availability.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party failures may temporarily affect services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in:

• Fraudulent activities
• Abusive behavior
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Illegal or prohibited content uploads
• Payment abuse or disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link of Time shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes losses related to event disruptions, data loss, supplier disputes, missed invitations, guest issues, revenue loss, or technical failures.
